Gastronomic wood

We are studying, together with the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo, the best wood for cooking your dishes. It will truly be a revolution in the kitchen, in search of more efficiency and more taste. When you use a wood-burning oven, the fuel is important: a certain type of wood may be more suitable than another for cooking a food, or it may give a different flavor to a dish, just as if it were an ingredient or a spice.
